Exchanges and returns

You can return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt (Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection").

• The item is unused, with packaging and labels intact.
• Yarn balls are whole and not unwound.
• Contact us by message or phone with your order number to arrange the return.
• Refunds are made to your account within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defects or errors on our side.
