- Name, phone number and email — to place and confirm your order.
- City and Nova Poshta (or other carrier) branch — for delivery.
- Account data (if you register): order history, wishlist, addresses.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies — to run the website and for statistics.
We do not receive or store bank card details: payment is made by bank transfer to our account.
2. Why we use it
- To process, receive payment for and deliver orders.
- To contact you about your order.
- To send newsletters — only with your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To protect the website against fraud.
3. Who we share it with
Only what is needed to fulfil your order: the delivery company (name, phone, branch) and the bank. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Data may be disclosed to public authorities only where required by law.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on secure servers and accessed only by authorised staff. Order data is kept for the period required by tax law and then deleted.
5. Your rights
