Public offer

This document is a public offer by the Vizell online shop to conclude a contract for the sale of goods under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1. Subject

The Seller transfers ownership of the goods shown on the website to the Buyer, and the Buyer pays for and accepts them under the terms of this offer.

2. Placing an order

Orders are placed on the website. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms acceptance of the terms of this offer, delivery, payment and returns. The minimum order is $100 (equivalent in hryvnia at the NBU rate).

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the website. Payment is made by bank transfer to the Seller's account using the details provided after the order is placed. The contract is concluded once payment is received.

4. Delivery

Goods are dispatched by the carrier chosen by the Buyer on the day of payment (if paid by 2 pm). The risk of accidental damage passes to the Buyer when the goods are handed to the carrier.

5. Returns

Returns and exchanges are handled under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and the Returns section of the website.

6. Other

Colours in photos may differ from the actual product due to screen settings. Disputes are resolved by negotiation or, failing that, under the laws of Ukraine.
