Delivery, payment and terms
Delivery
- Minimum order — $100 (equivalent in hryvnia at the NBU rate).
- Delivery across Ukraine: Nova Poshta (branch, parcel locker, courier), Ukrposhta, and Delivery, Autolux or other carriers on request.
- Orders ship on the day of payment if payment is received by 2 pm. Closed on Fridays.
- Shipping is paid by the customer at the carrier's rates.
- Pickup: Odesa, 7th Km Market, area 5, shop no. 5440.
We do not ship cash on delivery.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer to our IBAN account. After placing your order you will see the payment details on screen and receive them by email. Please include your order number in the payment reference. You can pay through any bank, mobile banking app or bank branch.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours. We check stock; if an item is unavailable, our manager will contact you before payment.
Returns
You can return goods of proper quality within 14 days if they are unused and the packaging and labels are intact (Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection"). Yarn balls must be whole and not unwound. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defects or errors on our side.
Please note
Colours and shades in photos may differ from the actual yarn due to screen settings. Buy the full amount of one colour in a single order so that all balls come from the same dye lot. Vizell is not responsible for accidental typos in product descriptions or prices.
